With growth comes change

With great excitement, we at Ekistics Planning & Design and Form:Media are proud to announce that we have amalgamated into one company with a new name of Fathom Studio as of June 26, 2019.

For 23 years, our two sister firms have been synonymous with excellence in the fields of planning, landscape architecture, interpretive planning and wayfinding. With the introduction of architecture, transportation engineering and branded environments over the past five years, we felt it was time for a collaboration under one name.

Our new identity reflects the breadth of integrated design services which we include. We wanted a name that fully embodied the depth of passion and skills that we bring to every project and that reinforced our optimism about the future of the Atlantic region.

The ownership and values of the companies have not changed. But, a new generation of architects and designers are committed to working together as a

design collective to solve larger and more complex challenges. Fathom represents an evolution from our previous experience and a recommitment to our roots.

We are wholly committed to making Atlantic Canada a better place to live, grow and prosper, and we are excited to collaborate with like-minded people and organizations who share our optimism for the future.
