Katherine Peck

Katherine Pack, Intermediate Landscape Architect

We are pleased to welcome Katherine Peck to our team of Landscape Architects. Originally from St. John's, Newfoundland, Katherine holds degrees from the University of Guelph, Bachelor of Landscape Architecture and the University of New Brunswick, Bachelor of Arts.

Katherine is a Full Member of the OALA and the Senior Associate Representative on OALA Council. In 2015 she was honoured with the  OALA Jack Copeland Award for Associate Leadership. Currently, she is active sitting on the OALA Mandatory Continuing Education Committee.

As our towns and cities continue to grow and expand, finding the balance between ecological conservation and urban intensification will become increasingly important. Finding that balance and working towards design solutions that satisfy the needs of both the natural and built environment are core to the success of our communities.

Katherine is passionate about play and ensuring that this and future generations have the opportunity to enjoy and appreciate nature as part of every day life. ‘Go play outside’ needs to return as a staple summer instruction for parents and be something that our children are able to do freely.

We are thrilled to have Katherine as a contributing member of our Recreation and Leisure practice.
